The process

Every project is different. Some brands arrive with an idea or reference. Others already have a tech pack, approved sample, or production-ready product.

VI MADE starts from the stage you are actually in and scopes the Vietnam-side work still needed.

Phase 02 · Design + Sample

Turn the direction into something that can be made.

Translate the direction into a product, then test fit, construction, and materials.

Design

Production

Coordinate production after the sample, cost, quantity, materials, and timeline are approved.

Package + Shipment Handoff

Prepare finished products for retail handoff, confirm packing, labeling, carton, and weight details, and coordinate shipment readiness from Vietnam.
